Cancellation & Transfer Policy
No Refund Policy
All workshop fees are non-refundable. Once you register and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or schedule conflict
- Illness or medical emergency
- Travel or transportation issues
- Family or personal emergencies
- Technical difficulties with self-tape submissions (for online components)
- Dissatisfaction with workshop content or teaching style
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Please read the workshop description, schedule, and requirements carefully before registering.
Fee Adjustment for Future Workshops: While refunds are not available, we offer a one-time fee adjustment under certain circumstances.
Eligibility for Fee Adjustment: If you are unable to attend a workshop you have registered for, you may request to have your paid fee adjusted toward a future workshop, provided that:
- You notify us at least 7 days before the workshop start date
- You request the adjustment in writing via email
- The future workshop occurs within 6 months of the original workshop date
How It Works:
Scenario Outcome
- Notify 7+ days before workshop, 100% of fee adjusted to future workshop (one-time transfer)
- Notify less than 7 days before workshop, No adjustment available
- No-show on workshop day, No adjustment available
- Second transfer request, No adjustment available (one-time only)
How to Request a Fee Adjustment
To request transfer of your fee to a future workshop: Email us at hello@antiacting.com with the subject line: “FEE ADJUSTMENT REQUEST – [YOUR NAME] – [WORKSHOP NAME]”
Include your full name, registered email, original workshop date, and preferred future workshop
Wait for confirmation from our team. Your adjustment is not confirmed until you receive a written response.
Requests made by phone or in person will be directed to email.
Workshop Cancellation by ANTI ACTING STUDIO
If we cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, coach unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances:
You will receive a full credit toward any future workshop of your choice (valid for 12 months)
Credit is transferable to another participant with written authorization
No cash refunds will be issued
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a workshop you are registered for and did not request a fee adjustment within the required timeframe, your fee is forfeited. No adjustment will be available for future workshops.
Partial Attendance
If you attend part of a workshop but cannot complete it due to personal circumstances:
No refund or partial refund will be issued
No fee adjustment will be available for missed sessions
You may re-register for a future workshop at full cost
Transfer to Another Person
You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the workshop start date. The person taking your place must complete their own registration form and agree to our Code of Conduct.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of documented medical emergency or family death, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Documentation (e.g., hospital admission letter, death certificate) may be required. Approval is at the sole discretion of ANTI ACTING STUDIO.
Agreement
By registering for any ANTI ACTING STUDIO workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Transfer Policy. You understand that fees are non-refundable and that adjustments are available only under the specific conditions outlined above.
